Chor Audite Nova

Sponsoring – the why and wherefore
The Audite Nova Choir has consistently earned high regard over the course of many years, both within the Canton of Zug and beyond. Attractive programmes that appeal to wide audiences, as well as the musical quality and professionalism of its concerts, have all contributed to the excellent reputation of the choir.

This quality and professionalism has its price. Only a small part of the budgets for projects can be covered by ticket sales. Fees for professional orchestras and soloists, fees for musicologists to introduce the works to the public, as well as the costs of rehearsal accompanists, vocal training, sheet music, the rental of the venue and the transport of choir stages all add up to very large sums, which are well beyond the normal financial capacity of our choir.

The voluntary commitment of the choir members to preparing and organising their performances makes a great contribution to keeping costs as low as possible. The choir assumes responsibility for planning its concerts, concluding the contractual agreements with orchestras and soloists, the reservation of the venues, and the assembly and removal of the stage elements, as well as the rental of additional instruments. The choir also contributes to its funding through the fees earned at concerts organised by external concert agencies, as can be seen from the list of its guest appearances. > Past Events

Despite these contributions, the choir – like other cultural organisations –depends on the support of sponsors in order to finance its own concerts. In addition to subsidies received from private foundations and government cultural agencies, the choir needs and seeks sponsorship from corporations and private individuals.

Principal sponsors / project partners
We would like to have one to two principal sponsors as project partners for each project. In exchange for this special support, we offer the following package of benefits:

• Appearance of the project partners’ name(s) with logo on all communication and advertising material
• A full-page advertisement in the concert programme (the number of copies depends on the specific project)
• Assistance in the organisation of concert-related customer events (such as exclusive introductions to the works being performed)
• Prominent links to the partner’s homepage(s) on the Audite Nova Choir website
• 20 complimentary tickets in the top seating category
• Option for the advance purchase of additional tickets
• Brand presence of the partner(s) at the concert venue, as agreed individually.

Sponsors
All donations by private and corporate sponsors are, of course, most welcome, and contribute to the joy that our performances bring.

In exchange, we offer:

• for donations of CHF 500 or more: mention as sponsor or donor with logo in the programme booklet
• for donations of CHF 2,000 or more: half-page advertisement in the programme
• for each project contribution of CHF 1,000: 2 complimentary tickets in the top seating category
• Option for the advance purchase of additional tickets
• Links to the homepages of the sponsors on the Audite Nova Choir website

Project documentation
A project information package is made available to potential sponsors approximately one year prior to the performances.
